• In temporary agency work, the legal employer is Go On, but the actual work is done by our client company.
• Like every employer, we abide by the law and employer obligations.
• Pay and compensation for temporary agency work is always at least the minimum specified in the collective labor agreement.
• You will accumulate holidays in accordance with the Annual Holidays Act, accumulate pension just as in any other employment, and if you fall sick, you will receive sick pay as per the collective labor agreement. We take responsibility for all of the employer’s legal obligations.

During your employment at Go On, you will have your own contact person with whom you can also plan your career and discover new career paths.

If the client company no longer needs labor, this will give us the chance to find you new challenges with our other client companies – in other words, we’ve ‘got your back’ better than in a ‘traditional’ employment relationship.
